For Home Services
Laudiva uses AI to surface the most detailed, specific and helpful reviews — pulled from Google and Facebook, then ranked by what actually matters: response time, clean work, fair pricing, and trust signals.
Sorting by date means a thoughtful five-star review from last year sits below a one-star rant from yesterday — even if that one-star was a customer who never actually hired you. It means a vague "good service" outranks a detailed "Mike showed up in the rain at 11pm, towed my truck out of the ditch, and charged exactly what he quoted." It means visitors who are about to call you instead read three reviews of varying quality, get confused, and click away.
Home service buyers aren't shopping. They're stuck — broken pipe, broken AC, broken-down car. They need a fast, confident answer, and the reviews on your site are part of how they decide.
Add your Google Business Profile. Add Facebook on Showcase.
Reviews are scored on signals that matter in home services: specificity, response time mentions, fair-pricing signals, technician trust cues, and clear-resolution language. The score is updated every time a new review comes in.
Same code snippet, same install. The order is what changes. And it changes automatically as new reviews come in — no editing, no manual curation, no babysitting.

No. Within each star rating Laudiva ranks for helpfulness — specific, detailed reviews first — and it mixes the star ratings in proportion to the reviews your widget holds, so the default order mirrors your widget’s mix of ratings and hides none. A four-star average looks like a four-star average — that's part of why it's trusted. What changes is which reviews lead, not which reviews exist.
Yes. Laudiva works at any review count above 5. The free tier displays up to 25 of your strongest reviews. As your review count grows, the widget automatically refreshes the curation.
Yes. Laudiva only collects public reviews for businesses that have signed up and added their own listing during onboarding — nothing is collected for a business that hasn't. The legal basis is documented and available on request.
Yes — that's how Laudiva grows. Showcase removes the badge. The badge is one line of small text, not a banner.
You're billed per location: a business or location with at least one connected review source (a Google Business Profile or Facebook). Locations with no source are never billed, and one location powers as many widgets as you want. Showcase includes 150 review requests a month per location, and the per-location price drops at 5 locations.
Yelp restricts how its reviews can be shown on other websites, so Laudiva does not show Yelp reviews. The FAQ lists the platforms we don't support and why.
