For Towing Companies
Customers searching for a tow at 2am don't have time to read 50 reviews. Laudiva puts your most detailed, specific reviews front and center — automatically ranked by response time signals, fair pricing language, and the specific details a stranded driver looks for.
A driver whose car just died on I-95 isn’t reading three pages of reviews. They’re scanning the first two or three, looking for the one that tells them: this shop will get here fast, won’t gouge me, won’t bang up my car. If your widget shows yesterday’s one-star next to a vague “good service” from 2022, that driver is calling someone else.
Sorting by date puts whichever review is newest first, so short reviews can bury detailed ones. The specific, detail-rich reviews — “Mike was there in 18 minutes and charged exactly what he quoted” — are the ones that help a driver decide. Within each star rating, Laudiva ranks those reviews first, automatically, on every page load.
Every vertical has signals that matter and signals that don’t. For towing customers under stress, the signals are tight:
Rapid Towing 305 is a Miami-based towing company running Laudiva on their production site. They were the first business on the platform and have run it in production every day since.

The widget loads fast globally and degrades gracefully on weak signal and slow connections.
Competitors can’t copy your embed code and steal your review wall. Laudiva ties the widget to your domain — paste it on a fake site and it doesn’t render.
Optional notifications surface new reviews as they come in. A bad review at 3am won’t surprise you in the morning.
After the tow, send a QR code or link that opens your Google review form. New reviews land in your curated widget automatically.
On the Showcase plan, Laudiva emails your customers a request with a direct link to write a Google review. Every customer gets the same request, up to 150 per billable location each month, shared across your organization.
The primary place towing customers leave reviews — and where new customers search first.
Local towing pages with active Facebook presence often have years of reviews not visible on Google.

What changes is which reviews lead, not which exist. Within a star rating, reviews from actual customers with detail tend to score higher than vague drive-by complaints.
Indirectly, yes. Laudiva can’t remove a competitor’s reviews, but it surfaces your most credible, specific, detailed reviews. A real review that says “Mike showed up in 18 minutes and charged $95 like he quoted” gives a customer more to go on than a vague five-star.
It matters more than you’d think. The widget is what visitors see when they land on your site and decide whether to dial. If your call volume comes from inbound calls, the widget is where they read what past customers said before choosing.
Yes. Add as many locations, products, and services as you want — they're unlimited on paid plans, so each service area can have its own landing page and curated widget. You're billed per location: a business or location with at least one connected review source (a Google Business Profile or Facebook). Locations with no source are never billed, and one location powers as many widgets as you want. Showcase includes 150 review requests a month per location, and the per-location price drops at 5 locations.
Setup is quick — paste a Google Maps link, paste the embed snippet, done. WordPress is supported, and the snippet works on any website.
