For Garage Door Companies

Put your most detailed garage door reviews where homeowners see them.

A homeowner with a broken spring or a door off its track is searching right now, under pressure. Laudiva surfaces reviews about same-day response, fair pricing, and getting it right the first time — the details they look for in an urgent search.

Garage door customers are in a hurry. A detailed first review helps them decide.

A homeowner whose garage door spring snapped at 7am is not reading your About page. They are scanning the first two or three reviews, looking for one thing: "got here fast and charged what they said." If your widget leads with a vague five-star from two years ago, they have little to go on.

Sorting by date puts whichever review is newest first, so short reviews can bury detailed ones. Laudiva ranks by quality and specificity instead. Reviews with specific timing, pricing, and fix detail are the ones Laudiva ranks higher within each star rating.

Garage door reviews are scored on what homeowners actually weigh.

For homeowners with a broken garage door, the signals are simple and urgent:

Same-day response. "Here within two hours," "fixed before noon," "came out on a Sunday."
Pricing transparency. "Quoted on the phone," "no surprise fees," "charged exactly what they said."
Fix quality. "Spring lasted longer than the original," "reprogrammed the opener correctly," "door runs quieter now."
Honesty. "Told me what I needed and didn't upsell," "showed me what was actually broken," "didn't try to sell a whole new door."
Communication. "Called when 30 minutes out," "explained what caused the problem," "gave a maintenance tip before leaving."

What detailed garage door reviews look like.

A detailed garage door review is not "great service." It is "spring broke at 7am, they were here by 10, replaced both springs, tested the opener, explained what to watch for, and charged exactly what they quoted on the phone." Laudiva finds those reviews and ranks them higher within their star rating.

FAQ

Will Laudiva show reviews about older pricing that's no longer accurate?▾

You can pin specific reviews and Laudiva's AI naturally weights newer reviews. Within a star rating, old pricing reviews rank lower if newer ones contain better signals.

I mostly do commercial installs. Does this apply?▾

Yes — commercial property managers research online too. A widget with your best reviews builds credibility for commercial bids.

What if I have a lot of low-rated reviews from price complainers?▾

Laudiva's default order ranks reviews by how detailed and specific they are within each star rating, and mixes the star ratings in proportion to their share of the reviews your widget holds. Positivity is not used, so each page reflects the mix of ratings in your widget and a detailed review ranks above a vague one with the same rating.

Can I use this on multiple location pages?▾

Yes. Add as many locations, products, and services as you want — they're unlimited on paid plans, so each location page can have its own widget. You're billed per location: a business or location with at least one connected review source (a Google Business Profile or Facebook). Locations with no source are never billed, and one location powers as many widgets as you want. Showcase includes 150 review requests a month per location, and the per-location price drops at 5 locations.

How fast is the install?▾

Add your Google Business Profile, grab the embed snippet, paste it on your website.

Do I need to log in to update the widget as new reviews come in?▾

No. The widget updates automatically from your Google Business Profile.
