Reputation management
Your reputation is what people read about you before they call, visit or buy. Laudiva helps a small business show its best Google reviews on its own website and keep track of what customers are saying.

For a small business, reputation management is not a campaign or a crisis plan. It is the everyday work of three things: getting honest reviews from the customers you have served, making sure the people considering you can see them, and noticing quickly when something goes wrong.
That work matters because customers often check you out before they get in touch. They look at your Google listing, read a few reviews, and take a quick look at your website. If the reviews on your listing are good but your website says nothing about them, you have left your best evidence out of the conversation. If a bad review sits unseen for weeks, or the phone number on Google is wrong, you can lose customers you never hear about.
Reviews also play a part in how you show up in local search. Google's own guidance says that more reviews and positive ratings can help your business's local ranking; you can read it in the help article linked below. Laudiva does not promise any particular ranking, and nobody honestly can. What a good review profile does give you is something real for customers to read.
The good news is that this does not need a large team. A handful of tools, used consistently, covers most of what a local business needs. This page walks through what each tool does, which plan it belongs to and, just as important, what Laudiva does not do.
Google Business Profile Help: Tips to improve your local ranking on Google
Laudiva is built for local businesses whose customers choose them partly on the strength of what other customers wrote. A plumbing or HVAC company with trucks across two towns. A restaurant that gets compared with the one down the street. An auto repair shop, a towing company, a law firm, a landscaper, a cleaning service.
What these businesses share is that the owner is busy doing the work. There is no marketing department and no one whose job it is to check the Google listing on a Tuesday afternoon. The tools here are meant to take a few minutes at a time, and to run quietly in the background the rest of the time.
Think of the work as a handful of separate jobs. Laudiva covers some of them fully, some partly, and is clear about the rest further down this page.
The core of Laudiva is a reviews widget. It reads the reviews on your Google listing, scores them with AI, and shows the ones that are the most detailed, specific and helpful. A review that says a plumber arrived on time, explained the problem and left the kitchen clean tells a new customer far more than a review that says five stars and nothing else.
You place the widget on your site by pasting a single snippet, or through one of the website platforms Laudiva supports. Every layout is available on every plan, and you can pin the reviews you most want visitors to see at the top. The reviews are prepared in advance, so your page does not query a database every time someone opens it.
Laudiva is careful about how this is described. The widget shows a curated selection, and it never claims to be a complete list of everything customers have written. The ranking is about quality, meaning how detailed, specific and helpful a review is. It is not about which reviews sound the most persuasive. How reviews are chosen is explained on a public transparency page that you can link to from your site.
The widget is free for one location. A free widget carries a small Powered by Laudiva badge, which is how Laudiva grows. Showcase removes it.
A satisfied customer may simply not think to leave a review until someone asks. Review requests on Showcase make asking easy: you give Laudiva a customer's email address, and it sends a short, friendly message with a direct link to your Google review form. The customer does not have to search for your business or hunt for the right button.
Requests are sent by email.
The message wording is fixed. Laudiva sends the same request to every customer you choose, and the wording never offers a reward, a discount or a gift. This is deliberate. Offering something in return for a review, or asking only the customers you expect to be happy, can break the rules that Google and consumer-protection regulators set for reviews. The simple, safe approach is to ask everyone you have served and let each person say what they honestly think.
Laudiva does not screen out customers who had a poor experience. A review request has no satisfaction question first and no private-feedback step, so it avoids review gating, a practice that can break the rules Google sets for reviews.
Showcase includes 150 review requests per billable location each month, shared across all of your locations. Requests work for a business that Laudiva can match to its Google listing by Place ID.
A low-rated review is much easier to deal with when you hear about it quickly. On Reputation, when a new low-star review (1-3 stars by default, adjustable) appears on your Google listing, Laudiva sends you an email within a day of picking it up, and the alert also appears in your dashboard. It includes the reviewer's name and the review text, and links to your dashboard.
Each review triggers one alert. If the same review is synced again, you will not be notified a second time.
An alert does not hide, delay or remove anything. It simply tells you. What you do next is up to you, and a calm, specific reply on Google is usually a good place to start.
Google allows anyone to suggest edits to a business listing. Now and then a phone number, a set of opening hours or a website address changes without the owner knowing. A customer who calls a wrong number does not leave a review, they just go elsewhere.
On Reputation, Laudiva reads your public Google listing daily and compares it with the last check. It watches your business name, phone number, address, business type, opening hours, website and open or closed status. When something differs, you get an email naming the field that changed, with its previous and current value, and a Listing Health card in your dashboard shows the before and after.
Listing monitoring is read-only. Laudiva looks at your public listing and never changes it or posts to it, so you correct a wrong detail yourself in Google and then acknowledge the alert. It needs your business to be matched to its Google listing by Place ID.
A reviews widget is only useful if people look at it. The Free plan shows a recent 30-day summary of views and clicks inside your dashboard, and Showcase adds a full analytics dashboard.
These numbers will not tell you exactly how many customers a review brought in, and Laudiva does not claim they do. They do show you whether the widget is being seen, and which widgets perform best.
Laudiva reads the public reviews on your Google listing. Facebook reviews can also be shown on Showcase, and Facebook is currently in beta, so expect that part to keep changing as it improves.
Free plans are refreshed monthly. On Showcase, Laudiva checks for new reviews daily and you can also ask for a refresh on demand.
The reviews widget is the part your customers see. Everything else on this page works behind the scenes to make sure there is something worth showing and that you notice when something needs your attention. The order matters: a reviews widget with nothing recent in it does little, and a stream of new reviews that nobody reads does little too.
That is why Laudiva keeps the tools small and connected rather than sprawling. Your Google listing feeds the widget, so you set your business up once, and your dashboard shows the reviews Laudiva has found and what needs attention.
The same listing also feeds the Reputation alerts for low-star reviews. On Reputation it also feeds the daily listing checks.
You do not have to use every tool. You can start with the free widget, see how it looks on your site, and move to Showcase later when the extra work seems worth it. The plan applies to your whole account, and Showcase covers every billable location. Nothing about the widget depends on the Showcase tools.
Tools do not help if they sit unused. Here is a rhythm that takes very little time and covers the basics.
That is the whole routine. It is deliberately small, because a routine you keep is worth more than an ambitious one you drop after two weeks.
Laudiva is a focused tool, not a full reputation suite. If you need any of the following, you will want another product alongside it.
If something here changes, this page changes with it. We would rather you know the limits before you sign up than discover them afterwards.
Laudiva is priced per billable location, not per company and not per feature. The Free plan covers one location and includes the reviews widget with all of its layouts. Showcase covers every location you pay for, and the price per location goes down from 5 locations.
Showcase is $15 per location per month for 1 to 4 locations and $12 per location per month for 5 to 24 locations. From 25 locations, contact us for a custom price. The pricing page has the full table and the annual rates.
On top of the widget, Showcase includes:
Reputation, the operations plan, is $49 per location per month for 1 to 4 locations and $39 per location per month for 5 to 24 locations, with the same contact-us line from 25 locations.
Reputation includes everything in Showcase, plus:
Each step takes a few clicks, and you can stay on the free plan for as long as it covers what you need.
Yes. The Free plan is built for a single location. Showcase adds the extra tools and covers as many locations as you pay for.
No. Laudiva cannot remove a review from Google. The widget shows a curated selection rather than a complete list, and how reviews are chosen is published on a transparency page.
Google's review policies don't allow it. Rewarding reviews, or only asking the customers you expect to be positive, can also break the rules that regulators set, and the request wording Laudiva sends never offers a reward.
The widget is placed on a page of your website, so you need a website with a page to put it on.
Laudiva and this page are available in English, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese.
By email, on Showcase, with a direct link to your Google review form. The wording is the same for every customer and never offers a reward.
On Reputation, you get an email within a day of Laudiva picking up a new low-star review (1-3 stars by default, adjustable), and the alert also shows in your dashboard.
On Reputation, Laudiva reads your public listing daily and emails you when the name, phone, address, type, hours, website or status differs from the last check. You correct it in Google yourself.
