For HVAC Companies

Your best HVAC reviews, front and center on your website.

When the AC goes out in July, a homeowner reads the reviews before calling. Laudiva surfaces the detailed ones — reliability, fast response, fair seasonal pricing — automatically ranked, always current.

Peak season is when a date-sorted widget hides your best reviews.

An HVAC shop’s revenue follows the weather — summer cooling and winter heating. When the AC dies in August, the homeowner has little time to decide. They Google, they land on three or four shop websites, and they call the one that earns trust fastest.

If your review widget is sorting by date, you’re showing whichever review is newest — not whichever review is most helpful. That means a vague “prompt service” outranks a detailed “Mike replaced the condenser unit in 4 hours, charged exactly what he quoted, and the AC has been running cold ever since.” Within the same star rating, Laudiva ranks the detailed review first.

HVAC reviews scored on what HVAC customers actually weigh.

The details HVAC customers look for — especially during emergency calls — are specific:

Diagnostic accuracy. “Found the issue three other contractors missed,” “Knew immediately what was wrong,” “Spotted a refrigerant leak two shops had quoted for full replacement.”
Fair pricing. “Quoted me a flat rate,” “No surprise charges,” “Didn’t try to sell me a $12K system when a $400 capacitor fixed it.”
Clean install. “No mess in the basement,” “Crew was professional,” “Cleaned up like they weren’t even there.”
On-time and as-promised. “Showed up exactly when scheduled,” “Finished in the time he quoted,” “Called before arriving.”
Honest options. “Walked me through repair vs. replace,” “Showed me the failed part,” “Didn’t pressure me into the most expensive option.”

HVAC isn’t yet on the platform as a named customer — but the widget itself is in production. Rapid Towing 305 has been running Laudiva on their live site, with reviews scored, ranked, and refreshed automatically.

The signals are different between towing and HVAC — different verticals, different scoring guidance — but the widget, the install, the curation engine, and the multi-source unification are exactly what your HVAC shop will get.

HVAC customers are deliberate — many cross-reference multiple sources before any in-home service decision. Laudiva shows your Google and Facebook reviews together, ranked by relevance.

Ask the customer when the unit’s running cold

After the install or service, send a QR code or link that opens your Google review form. New reviews land in your curated widget automatically.

FAQ

I get most of my business from Google Local Service Ads. Does Laudiva work with LSA?▾

Yes — they’re complementary. LSA drives the click; Laudiva puts your most detailed, specific reviews on the landing page, where visitors can read them before calling.

I use Service Titan / Housecall Pro / FieldEdge. Does Laudiva integrate?▾

Not yet, by design. Rather than partial integration with one dispatch platform, Laudiva works alongside any dispatch tool today.

I’m an Angi or HomeAdvisor pro. Are those reviews supported?▾

No. Angi offers no way to bring its reviews out. The supported sources are Google and Facebook.

Can I show NATE certification or manufacturer badges on the widget?▾

Custom CSS overrides are available on every plan, free included, for inserting trust badges around the widget. Native certification display is on the roadmap but not in v1.

I run multiple location pages on my site. Can I curate reviews by area?▾

Yes. Add as many locations, products, and services as you want — they're unlimited on paid plans, so each location page can have a widget curated to that area's reviews. You're billed per location: a business or location with at least one connected review source (a Google Business Profile or Facebook). Locations with no source are never billed, and one location powers as many widgets as you want. Showcase includes 150 review requests a month per location, and the per-location price drops at 5 locations.

My competitor has 800+ reviews and I have 90. Will I look weak?▾

No — quality of the highest-ranked reviews matters more than total count. A widget that leads with three specific, detailed, recent reviews reads stronger than 800+ vague reviews where the first three are flat. Within each star rating, Laudiva ranks your best reviews first; total count becomes secondary.
