For Plumbers

Your best plumbing reviews, front and center on your website.

Emergency plumbing callers don't browse — they decide. Laudiva puts the most detailed, specific reviews front and center: fast response, honest pricing, clean work. AI-curated, always current, zero manual effort.

The first three reviews are the ones people read.

A homeowner with water spreading across the kitchen floor isn’t reading 20 reviews. They’re reading the first three or four, looking for the signals that say: this shop won’t gouge me, won’t make a mess, won’t sell me a $4,000 repipe when I need a $200 valve. If your widget shows yesterday’s one-star next to a vague “good job” from last fall, that homeowner is dialing the next result.

Sorting by date puts whichever review is newest first, so detailed ones get buried — the specific “Tom found the leak in the slab in 30 minutes, gave me a flat-rate quote, and was done by lunch.” Within each star rating, Laudiva ranks those reviews first, automatically, on every page load.

Plumbing reviews scored on what plumbing customers actually weigh.

The details plumbing customers under stress look for are specific:

Diagnostic accuracy. “Found the issue three other plumbers missed,” “Knew exactly what was wrong,” “Diagnosed it in 10 minutes.”
Fair pricing. “Quoted me a flat rate,” “No surprise charges,” “Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.”
Clean work. “Cleaned up after themselves,” “Wore booties,” “Left the kitchen cleaner than he found it.”
Response time. “Came out same day,” “Was here within two hours,” “Emergency call answered at 11pm.”
Honest communication. “Explained what he was doing,” “Showed me the broken part,” “Walked me through the options before starting.”

Same widget, live in production today.

Plumbing isn’t yet on the platform as a named customer — but the widget itself is in production. Rapid Towing 305 has been running Laudiva on their live site, with reviews scored, ranked, and refreshed automatically.

The signals are different between towing and plumbing — different verticals, different scoring guidance — but the widget, the install, the curation engine, and the multi-source unification are exactly what your plumbing shop will get.

FAQ

I get a lot of bad reviews from price-shoppers who never hire me. Will Laudiva help?▾

Yes — but indirectly. Laudiva can’t remove reviews, and it doesn’t rank by star rating or positivity. Within each star rating it ranks for helpfulness, so reviews from real customers with specific detail tend to lead vague price-complaint reviews of the same rating.

I use Service Titan / Housecall Pro / Jobber. Does Laudiva integrate?▾

Not yet — and we’re being deliberate about it. We’d rather build excellent integrations only once they work properly, and Laudiva already works regardless of which dispatch tool you use.

I get reviews on Yelp and Angi too. Are those supported?▾

No. Yelp restricts how its reviews can be shown on other websites, and Angi offers no way to bring its reviews out. The supported sources are Google and Facebook.

Can I show certifications on the widget? (Master plumber, licensed, insured.)▾

Custom CSS overrides are available on every plan, free included, for inserting trust badges around the widget. Native certification display is on the roadmap for the next phase but not in v1.

How fast is the install?▾

Setup is quick — paste a Google Maps link, paste the embed snippet, done. WordPress is supported, and the snippet works on any website.

I run a multi-location plumbing operation. Does pricing scale by location?▾

You're billed per location: a business or location with at least one connected review source (a Google Business Profile or Facebook). Locations with no source are never billed, and one location powers as many widgets as you want. Showcase includes 150 review requests a month per location, and the per-location price drops at 5 locations.

Stop letting the wrong review take the call.
