Review Integrity
Our AI scores every review for specificity, detail, and authenticity — not for how positive it is. Within each star rating, a detailed review ranks above a vague one, and the star ratings are mixed in proportion to their share of the reviews the widget holds (up to your plan’s storage limit). No reviews are hidden or removed based on star rating. Laudiva does not filter reviews by sentiment. The FTC’s 2024 Consumer Reviews Rule (16 CFR Part 465) bars misrepresenting displayed reviews as most or all of the reviews when some were suppressed by rating or sentiment. Widgets show a curated selection, not every review — the complete review history is always available on the original source (e.g. Google).
